Cottage Cancellation Policy

Check in / out time - 12 noon. In case the reservation is for dates beyond March 31 next, revised tariff will be applicable.

Cancellation/ Refund :

• Intimation/ request for cancellation is to be addressed to the concerned person or agency or reservation office where the reservation was obtained along with original reservation vouchers or original email correspondence .
• In case request for cancellation of reservation is received before 15 clear days or more in advance before the scheduled date of check in, 80% of the advance will be refunded. If the request for cancellation of reservation is received between 10 to 9 days, 50% of advance taken will be refunded. No refund will be given, if the cancellation intimation is received less than 7 days before the date of arrival.
• In case of request for partial cancellation i.e. reduction of number of rooms or period of stay is received from the guests before 15 clear days or more or less no refundable will be given.
• In case of premature departure, 100% of payment will be taken. Any disputes can be settled in Manali Jurisdictions.
